Acme Professor Retired

Here is where the Acme part of the professor’s description name comes from, the USA Warner Bros cartoon Road Runner where Wile E Coyote tries to catch the speeding “RoadRunner” bird. Wile E. Coyote often obtains various complex and ludicrous devices from a mail-order company, the fictitious Acme Corporation, which he hopes will help him catch the Road Runner. The devices invariably fail in improbable and spectacular fashion.

So the Acme Prof has similar all encompassing and slightly mad ideas and inventions and flights of fancy, as encompassed by the never say no fictitious Mail Order “Acme company”, who always delivered, no matter how crazy the idea.

He sits up a mountain in the South of Spain retired and slightly eccentric, but with a hell of an imagination. So if you like the idea of almost unlimited flights of fancy, with perhaps a revolution “or two” how he is thinking about certain things, strap on and hang on!
